CollectiveCrunch originated from the idea that we could make a difference by combining climate and geo data with state-of-the-art analytics to develop new insights. Its mission is to bring useful innovation to the forestry and energy industries. It does this by creating a data and analytics platform which models technical data in the climatic context. It provides its customers with radically new insights of unprecedented accuracy.

We work with companies in the space and satellite applications sector to develop their message, win funding and attract customers. We are a member of the Advisory Board to the North East Satellite Applications Centre of Excellence. In this capacity, we help individual space sector start-ups and also promote growth in the industry.

The Copernicus Accelerator offers a customised business development scheme for 50 visionary start-ups and entrepreneurs from Copernicus Participating Countries (EU, Norway and Iceland) per year. These 50 candidates all have in common that they develop innovative ideas which are tackling societal challenges by using Earth observation (EO) data, especially from Copernicus.
